Minerals Gallery

This computer-based resource introduces the properties and crystal structures of ten minerals found commonly in igneous, sedimentary and metamorphic rocks, as demonstrated in Mineral Properties. It shows examples of these minerals as they occur in rocks. You will use Minerals Gallery in Book 4, Activity 3.1 and 4.1, and Book 6, and can refer to it whenever you wish to check on properties of a particular mineral in a rock elsewhere in Book 6.
