The PDF files below are enlargements of the four areas of interest outlined on Figures 7.9 and 7.10, and show detailed aspects of the way some landforms in the British Isles relate closely to the underlying geology. Once you have opened a file you should zoom in and use the scroll bars to roam around the area. You will get the most out of the images by viewing them at a variety of enlargements. If you are unfamiliar with the location of any of the places mentioned in Book 6, view the annotated map of the British Isles.
